Introduction
At Sentinel Properties we offer professional service to each of our clients, be it a corporation or an individual, local or foreign.
Sentinel Properties is a wholly owned Malaysian Company. It was registered in 1982. We have steadily grown over the years and have built a sound reputation in the residential and commercial sectors.
All our staff are carefully selected and provided extensive in-house and on-the-job training prior to being assigned to specific property sectors. Clients are thus serviced by staff who are knowledgeable and competent.
Our Managing Director, George John, graduated with a Bachelor of Theology degree from Southeast Asia Union College, Singapore. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University, USA and a Master in Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Western Sydney, Australia. He attended a six-month intensive course on Real Estate conducted by an American based professional Real Estate Company with more than 3,000 offices worldwide. He also attended a three-week course in Australia on "Managing a professional Real Estate Agency".

Areas of Practice
a. Real Estate Agency
Sentinel handles the sale or lease of properties in three sectors - residential, commercial and industrial. Properties include detached houses, semi-detached houses, link houses, apartments, condominiums, office blocks, shophouses, retail complexes and industrial complexes.
b. Project Marketing
We also handle the marketing of development projects in Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.
c. Property Investment Consulting
We provide counselling services on property investment to our clients. Our job includes, selection of the right investment properties and advice on development, legal and taxation matters. |
